IDEPE Sammelmarken (collector stamps) are stamps without a value. They where printed for propaganda purpose. IDEPE made vingets from WWI with different scoops till WWII. It was possible to put the stamp (along with a real one) on a postcard but I have never saw an example of it.
For collectors a full sheet of stamps will cost around 450 dollar. In this case IDEPE made two sets of knight cross holders: a sheet of officers of the Air Force (Luftwaffe) and a sheet of NCO's of the Army (Heer) and Air Force. The sheets consist of 12 knight cross holders.
