Founded in 1858 Bruckmann Publishers are still in business today. Hugo and Elsa Bruckmann where friends and admirers of Hitler since the first days of the NSDAP. They became members of the NSDAP in 1932. Hitler personal gave them the party-number 91 and 92. Hugo and Elsa did not want there company publicly involved with the NSDAP in the early days. Nevertheless they where supporters with body and soul. Hitlers gratitude was expressed by giving them the low part-numbers in 1932.
